PDF to QBO Converter for Bank & Credit Card Statements
Convert months of bank statement PDFs directly into QuickBooks WebConnect (.qbo) files. Import into QBO bank feeds without manual transcription errors, duplicate transactions, or missing descriptions.
Why Bookkeepers Prefer .QBO Over .CSV
QuickBooks Online treats .qbo files as authentic bank feeds, eliminating manual column mapping.
1-Click Bank Feed Import
With standard CSV files, QBO asks you to map date, amount, description, and debit/credit columns every single time. A .qbo file imports automatically with zero mapping questions.
Clean Payee Recognition
Raw statement strings like TST* STARBUCKS 1234 COFFEE #984 are cleaned and normalized so QuickBooks banking rules can match rules instantly.
Duplicate Detection
QuickBooks uses QBO transaction IDs (FITID) to prevent duplicate transactions if you import overlapping statement periods. Our engine assigns deterministic IDs so duplicates never slip into the register.
