What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Your recurring auto-renewal is immediately stopped. As stated in our terms, your software license will remain 100% active and unlocked until the end of your paid billing period.
Can I cancel directly from my email receipt?
Yes! Every receipt email sent by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, includes a direct "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel" link. You can also visit paddle.net at any time.
How does the 14-day refund guarantee work?
If you purchased within the last 14 days and the software isn't right for your workflow, click "Request 14-Day Refund" or email [email protected]. We issue full refunds back to your original payment method within 24–48 hours.
